To perform responsible support work to chemically dependent patients/clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
REQUIRED:
High School Diploma or equivalent, Must be 21 years old with three years of driving experience for corporate driving insurability, Valid Florida Driver’s License & proof of personal auto insurance
SKILLS:

Work involves responsibility for client advocacy, assessments, screening, monitoring, and development of individual case management plans and assisting clients in achieving recovery goals. Work includes advocating with community providers and referral agents and linking clients with appropriate services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
REQUIRED:
Bachelors Degree with 3 years experience in social services
CAP or Eligible in the State of Florida
PREFERRED:
Masters Degree with 2 years experience in social services
CAP in the State of Florida
SKILLS:

Case Manager

Maintenance Supervisor - Daytona Beach
Salary Range: $30,500.00 DOE Exempt
This position works under the direct supervision of the Director of Quality Assurance or designated Executive Management Staff. This is a highly responsible position including administration and direction of client vocational staff. This work involves planning, directing, coordinating, and evaluating non-clinical aspects of program operations. The following are areas of supervision included in the position description: purchasing, transportation, facility maintenance, donations, vehicle upkeep, safety, security and building & equipment inspection. Work requires 24-hour accessibility. This position will supervise the Maintenance Team.
REQUIRED:
Must have a positive, friendly, solution focused attitude.
Must be able to provide self-direction for identifying and completing tasks
Flexible work hours to allow for working weekdays, weekends, days, evenings and holidays as needed due to emergency situations.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Five years of work experience in maintenance repair and/or construction.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations, hazardous materials and other government regulations.
Ability to operate various types of power and hand tools.
Ability to organize and schedule job tasks for the Vocational Program in collaboration with Program Supervisors.
Able to assess a situation and determine appropriate method of repair.
Ability to plan work effectively and work independently.
Two years of supervisory experience.
Must have a valid Florida driver’s license and proof of personal auto insurance.
